When you arrive at the cinema you can skip the box office and shop our delicious candy bar assortment before your film. When your session begins, please have your ticket ready on your phone or printed out (phone preferred) to show our staff at the cinema door. Take your seat/s and enjoy.

For all of 2024 we warmly extend free membership to all Lorne residents (and residents of nearby towns) to say thank you for welcoming us to the neighbourhood. To redeem your free membership, stop by the theatre and our friendly staff will sign you up. You will be required to show a proof of address, so please bring identification along with you. It's as simple as that!
First, make sure you are logged in using the Account button at the top of the page. Browse our film program on the Now Showing page and select the film you’d like to see. On this page you will be given options to purchase ‘Film Club Adult’ or ‘Film Club Concession’ tickets, with prices listed. Add the quantity of tickets you’d like to purchase. Note that only two Film Club pricing tickets are allowed per order. If purchasing more than two tickets, you can add regular Adult & Concession tickets to your cart. Go to the Checkout to complete your order. At the venue, please show your Film Club email when collecting your tickets.
Yes. Just show your Lorne Theatre Film Club confirmation email to purchase discounted tickets. If you don’t have your Lorne Theatre Film Club email you’ll just need to provide your name, email address and ID so we can look up your account.
That’s right! As a Lorne Theatre Film Club member you’ll receive complimentary small popcorn each time you see a film. Just show your Lorne Theatre Film Club confirmation email to our staff at the candy bar to redeem.
Pre-sale tickets and invitations to special screenings will be sent to the email address associated with your customer account. If we have a screening available for pre-sale you will be alerted via email and will see pre-sale pricing on the film page when you are logged into your account.

Terms & Conditions
To redeem your gift pass, use the code on your Gift Pass online or at our Box Office before the expiry date.
Gift Passes are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Gift Passes can be used via the Lorne Theatre website or the Lorne Theatre Box Office (78 Mountjoy Parade, Lorne VIC 3232).
Gift Passes may only be used for (1) film admission ticket and (1) small popcorn. Our housemade popcorn can only be redeemed at the Lorne Theatre Box Office
Gift Passes cannot be redeemed for products sold at the Lorne Theatre Box Office (including without limitation, beverages, food menu items, and merchandise). Gift Passes cannot be used for any other purchases unless expressly specified.
Gift Passes cannot be returned or exchanged (whether in whole or in part) for cash.
